Features
Baths and Haircuts
All baths include a blueberry facial, your choice of shampoo, nail trim, paw pad trim, sanitary trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. All Haircuts include the same bath treatments with a breed appropiate haircut.
DeShed Treatments
For the furry friends with excessive shedding we have a great deshed treatment! This package includes a pre-bath blowout, deshed shampoo and conditioner, and extra brushing!
Soothing Skin Care
We offer specialty shampoos tailored to your dogs needs: a brightening blue shampoo for white coats, a deep vanta black for black coats, and gentle options for sensitive/itchy skin or pups who love the outdoors and get extra dirty!
Challenges
At Groovy Grooms, we proudly welcome dogs that may have had difficulties elsewhere. Many owners are told their pups need sedation for grooming and nail trims but with our approach and patience, we're often able to complete the service stress-free. We truly love what we do and take pride in developing a relationship with each dog!

About Groovy Grooms
In 2024, my wife and I set out to follow a dream! We wanted to open our own grooming salon where we could provide for our family while doing something we love. With faith in God, the support of our family and friends, and the amazing Abilene community, the dream became reality. Groovy Grooms was built out of love, dedication, and the beleif that every dog deserves gentle and caring grooms. What started as a day dream has grown into a welcoming space where pets feel comfortabe and owners feel at ease.

Will you shave my doodle?
How often should I bring my dog in for grooming?
The frequency of grooming depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4 to 8 weeks to keep their coat healthy and manageable.
Do I need to pay for a bath and a haircut?
No! All Haircuts include a bath and are priced accordingly. When booking you will only need to schedule a bath OR a haircut.
Can I stay with my dog during the grooming process?
For multiple reasons we do not allow pet parents into the salon. However, you are more than welcome to stay in out lobby if you desire.
